Team Project

image3.PNG

Takirua is a 2d platformer in pixel art based on the use of an ethereal double that can be generated at will by the player, to move forward and face obstacles in its path.

"Moehau, a Maori warrior, has just lost his fiancée and cannot recover from it. Following a visit to the shaman of his village, he manages to access the world of souls and thus finds his fiancée. Unfortunately, the world of Souls is completely deserted and he cannot stay there indefinitely, at the risk of dying in the world of the living. Not supporting the idea of leaving his companion alone, he then decides to switch the world of the living to the world of souls. , in order to create for her the world she deserves".

Project that I entirely coded, in a permissive way to facilitate the integration of graphic and visual assets, as well as the balancing work (in particular on the values of jump, speed, field of vision of enemies, cadence of shooting, etc.).
